Description
Through a panel of an owner and architects acting as an owner advisor in the AEC sphere, the speakers will discuss the importance of the owner advisor, why architects are a natural fit in this leadership role, and how architects can develop additional revenue opportunities in a new market segment. The panel also will discuss potential conflicts of interest as architects choose between providing traditional services and owner advisor services. This panel will share real-life stories of owner-advisor practitioners to inspire the audience on the values that owner-advisors bring to the table in design-build delivery.
