Returning to Work: HR Considerations

This workshop will discuss workforce reintegration and raise HR and employee considerations that all businesses, no matter the size should contemplate.

Description:

For architects, this is a critical time of planning and decision making that will have a major impact on your businesses and the well-being of your employees.  As organizations are beginning to bring many of their staff back into the office, many questions and issues are being raised and new ones added daily.  Managers need to lead the way to ensure the safety of their workforces and help everyone in the organization lead through times of change.  Creating a return-to-work philosophy looks different for every business.  There is no “one size fits all” approach but there are strategies and tools that can be used to reopen offices and workplaces with appropriate parameters for protecting the health and safety of employees, customers, and visitors. This workshop will discuss workforce reintegration and raise HR and employee considerations that all businesses, no matter the size should contemplate.
