Using Dispute Resolution Boards

Bringing your project in claim free, on time, & on budget!

Dispute Resolution Boards (DRBs) are recognized worldwide for their effectiveness in the “real time” avoidance and resolution of disputes on major projects. Embraced by government agencies, private owners, and multi-lateral banks, DRBs ensure project success through significant decreases in costs and time overruns, because potential disputes are resolved during the construction of the project, instead of waiting till the project is completed. Inclusion of a DRB facilitates building trust and communication between the owner, contractor, project manager, and the design professionals. This seminar will show how architects can assist owners in developing a strategy of integrating a DRB on projects of all sizes and types, to bring the project in on time and budget.
