Justin Belliveau, the Chief Administrative Officer for the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City, represented the City's interest on the development of the Eccles Theater, a $126 million project comprised of a state-of-the-art, 2,500 seat theater and associated infrastructure and retail development. Justin is responsible for managing redevelopment objectives, updating the City Council and Mayor and leading sensitive negotiations for the purchase and sale of real property on behalf of the City of Salt Lake.
