Nina is equally comfortable geeking out with spreadsheets full of data, engaging user groups and deep diving into solutions with design teams. For her it's all about the moment when design, strategy and analysis connect and lead to innovative solutions. As part of the design strategy and analytics team at Gensler, Nina connects her interest in environmental behavior, user experience design, technology and culture, with a love of research and data. Her work and research take a particular focus in identifying opportunities for social and community impact, as well as working with designers to create environments that support effective, high performance user experiences. Since joining Gensler in 2010, with 8 years of experience in architecture and research, she has helped Gensler design teams strategize and develop informed design solutions across workplace, community and retail sectors.
