Joseph Coriaty


As Managing Partner at FF&P, Joseph Coriaty, FAIA, has dedicated his career to creating buildings that integrate design excellence and place-making with 21st century technologies. He is a vibrant and passionate champion of architecture as a process of making. After nearly three decades with FF&P, Joe maintains a strict adherence to clients’ budget and schedule expectations. He has a lightning-quick ability to distill and articulate big ideas yet is keenly sensitive to the intricacies of design and construction. Joe takes a personal interest in making sure that our projects are as practical and efficient as they are beautiful and engaging. Each of Joe’s projects reflects an elegant architectural statement of genuine civic value. Joe’s award-winning portfolio and projects include: Firestone Library at Princeton University, the Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Hall at USC, the Annenberg Center for Information Science and Technology at Caltech, the Campus Expansion at Otis College of Art and Design, The Annenberg Beach House, Colby College Museum of Art, and Bergamot Station Arts Complex and Redevelopment Master Plan Studies. Joe received his Bachelor of Science and Architecture from the University of Detroit and his Master of Architecture from USC. He is on the Deans Board of Advisors at the University of Detroit Mercy, a Trustee of The Craft Contemporary Museum, a Fellow on The American Institute of Architects, and a member of the following organizations: USC Architecture Guild, Society of College & University Planners, and the Southern California Development Forum.
