Laura Crescimano

Laura Crescimano, Assoc. AIA, is a founding partner of SITELAB urban studio. Prior to forming SITELAB, Laura was an Associate at Gensler. She has written on temporary urbanism as a blogger for SFGate’s City Bright column, and her research on the future of work and the urban impacts of the corporate campus has been published in SPUR’s journal, The Urbanist. In addition to teaching at Harvard Graduate School of Design and California College of the Arts, she is currently teaching on Design and Activism at UC-Berkeley. 

Laura earned her BA from Yale University and M. Arch. from Harvard, where she received the Alpha Ro Chi Medal for Leadership and the Julia Amory Appleton Fellowship to study public space and protest in the 20th century. Laura served on the Board of Directors for AIA San Francisco from 2010-2012.
