​John Dineen

As an Education and Science Principal, John’s career has focused on relationships, providing leadership and project management of AE teams in service to HDR’s clientele.  Making a personal connection to the people who John works with and serves, is rewarding to him. In the role of Director of Planning, Education & Science, John leads and manages HDR’s team of lab planners to generate new intellectual content for best practices and lab planning solutions.  A team-builder fostering trust, connectivity, and productive communication, John’s experience in expanding awareness of HDR’s capabilities across three market sectors is unique.   John’s passion for Architecture includes defining and focusing on a unique problem in partnership with the owner and contractor, designing with purpose, and leading the solution process of the team by serving that unique purpose toward the successful delivery of projects.
