Mariana G. Figueiro
Mariana Figueiro is Light and Health Program Director at the Lighting Research Center and Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She conducts research on the effect of light on human health and circadian photobiology. Figueiro holds a bachelor’s in architectural engineering, a master’s in lighting, and a doctorate in multidisciplinary science. She is the author of more than 60 scientific articles in her field of research. She was invited to be a speaker at TEDMED in 2014.
