Douglas C. Gensler

As Co-Managing Director for Gensler Boston, Doug provides leadership and strategic direction on multi-disciplinary projects for a wide range of clients. A Registered Architect with 30 years of experience, he is committed to designing solutions that create value, enhance organizational performance and human experience, and minimize environmental impact.

Doug has served numerous rotations on Gensler’s Management Committee and is a leader within the firm’s Corporate Campus and Commercial Office Buildings Practice Area networks. Many of his projects have been recognized with awards, including the Tower at PNC Plaza, Partners Healthcare (now Mass General Brigham) Headquarters, and MathWorks Lakeside Campus. Notable current work includes the 1.8-million-SF Hub on Causeway and the redevelopment of One Post Office Square, both in Boston.
