Dean Givas

Dean Givas founded Oyster Development Corp. in April 2002 to provide development services. Oyster Development was relaunched in November 2009 to pursue acquisitions and development. Oyster Development is focused on the development of high-density, modern for-sale residential projects of institutional quality in dynamic San Francisco locations. In addition to six years running Oyster Development, Givas’s past experience includes being the founder, President and CEO of Intracorp San Francisco over a 5-year period and being a partner at Trammell Crow Company during a 14-year tenure. Dean was joined in May 2012 by Mike McCone, his VP of Development while at Intracorp, who has 26 years of experience in development working for companies such as Skidmore Owings & Merrill, Trammell Crow, Catellus and Intracorp San Francisco.
