Luis Imery, owner of Imery Group, graduated as a Civil Engineer in 1996, and since then has worked in the Real Estate and Construction Industry in many capacities. He is bilingual, and in 2003 obtained his MBA from the Terry College of Business, with concentrations in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. By 2009, Mr. Imery began getting heavily involved in sustainability, and by now has received his HERS rater, BA with BPI, EarthCraft TA and LEED Green Associate designations, and is a LEED Green Rater.
In addition, he holds both a General Contractor and Real Estate License in the State of Georgia. In the U.S., he has been responsible for developing over 400 acres of land, and building more than 40,000 square feet of amenity areas and buildings for a Master Planned Golf Course Community located in Statham, GA. For the last several years, Luis has consulted for a group of private investors in the Athens, Georgia area, performing market research, feasibility studies, and land acquisition negotiations. He understands all aspects of real estate development and has a successful record as a project manager that is evidenced by his long-lasting relationship with top performers in the industry.
