Gail Napell

Gail’s all-in approach to climate change resilience and adaptation includes internal design industry education, community education, storytelling from real-life experiences, and persistence.  Her degree is from the University of California, Berkeley, College of Environmental Design.  Gail is a licensed architect in California and the Northern Mariana Islands.  She co-founded Gensler’s Global Resilience task force and is a contributor to the Marin Ocean Coast Sea Level Rise Adaptation Report.
