Fiona founded Raymond-Cox Consulting after leading both Marsh and PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Business Continuity practices in San Francisco and Hong Kong, respectively. She has more than 20 years of international experience in process improvement, designing business continuity, crisis management and pandemic plans for government, technology, professional services, legal, banking & finance, healthcare, telecommunications, retail and consumer industry organizations.
