Edward Soenke

Edd Soenke, current chair of the NIBS Low Vision Design Committee, established the Design Partnership, Architects, in 1973, practicing in the Upper Midewest. Soenke was honored with fellowship by the Construction Specifications Institute in 1995, rising to CSI President in 2006-20007. Chairing numerous committees in the American Institute of Architects, Iowa Chapter, since 1972, Soenke promulgates health, safety, and welfare by conducting Community Design Charrettes across Iowa. He served six years on the NIBS Board.
