Drake is a design-oriented senior technical architect and specifier from Washington, DC. He most often provides services on challenging or complicated projects through Wauters Design Group, LLC, has been a technical director for over a decade, and helped found several organizations dedicated to improving the performance and sustainability of building design including the AIA's TDBP. He has provided essential technical design support on major projects in many nations and has decades of successful alternative delivery experience.
