Scott Welch

Mr. Welch is a project, team, and client leader at Torti Gallas + Partners, with a focus on mixed-use, market rate residential, and affordable housing projects - both wood construction, and wood-over-podium construction. He is involved with projects from entitlement through construction, and is responsible for management of project teams through the development of construction documents, supervision of construction document teams, coordination of engineering documents and specifications, and the management of construction administration services.

Mr. Welch is also a firm-wide resource, specializing in code compliance, accessibility, and project planning. Mr. Welch holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree and a Master of Architecture degree, both from the University of Maryland, and is a Registered Architect.
