Michael David White

Michael is an architectural lighting designer at Schuler Shook with extensive experience on a wide variety of projects including hospitals, long-term care environments, science centers, casinos, high-end office buildings, hospitality prototypes, museums, churches, restaurants, convention facilities and residences. He has a diverse background that includes business development for a deregulated electric utility, marketing for a major building controls manufacturer, and performance lighting for theater, dance and opera. His current focus is translational research using evidence from sleep medicine, chronobiology and neuroscience to inform the design of architectural lighting.
