Byron Woods

Byron Woods, the Dean of Facilities for College of the Sequoias, received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Cal Poly, San Obispo, in 2007. Prior to joining College of the Sequoias, he worked for an architecture firm that specialized in facilities management and construction development for community colleges. He has experience in architectural planning, facilities master planning and construction management. Responsible for facilities planning and maintenance for 700k+ square feet of educational facilities, Byron believes understanding building systems and infrastructure is vital to the success of daily facility management operations.
