Andrew Young

Andy Young serves as the Assistant Commissioner for Project Delivery within the Office of Design and Construction which provides national leadership in a number of key areas related to project delivery: Global Project Management, cost estimating, schedule management, project manager certification and training, RWA program management, project information/data analysis, project delivery oversight, and program support.

Andy joined ODC in February 2020, having spent the previous 14 plus years working in a variety of roles for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the last of which being the Deputy Assistant Director for the FBI’s Finance and Facilities Division. In this role Andy was responsible for the construction, maintenance, and operations of the FBI's real estate portfolio, along with the operation of diverse support services including environmental/safety, logistics, fleet management, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining the FBI, Andy attended Harvard Business School and spent six years working for the General Electric Company in manufacturing operations and mechanical engineering.
