Jim is the Executive Vice President for Dellbrook|JKS which is one of the largest Construction Management firms in New England specializing in construction of commercial, life sciences, healthcare, education and multifamily projects. In his role Jim is part of the leadership group that sets the strategic initiatives and direction for the company. He manages client relationships and is responsible for leading his teams in project delivery from concept through preconstruction efforts into construction.
Jim is a graduate of Tufts University with a BS in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in California and Massachusetts.

Technology implementation is an important part of efficiency in practice for higher revenue and better project delivery. Project information is diffused across multiple tools and organizations. Dashboards are one solution to provide a common access point for every team member regardless of discipline or position to find and interact with relevant actionable information. This session will demonstrate how high performing teams use dashboards to accelerate project deliverables while keeping members accountable to each other.
