Summer has managed the certification of more than a half-million square feet of green building space and is currently managing the certification of another two million square feet. Her expertise in sustainable design and construction is backed by 15 years of experience in green building rating systems, design guides, building product standards, and certifications. Summer specializes in green building program project management including documentation and submission for LEED and Green Globes. Summer is also an active member of the US Green Building Council’s Carolinas Community where she serves as Market Leadership Advisory Board Co-Chair.
