Description
Inclusive Mentoring in Practice (Engagement) is the second stage of the Inclusive Mentoring Program. This course is designed for mentors and mentees who have completed the appropriate Level 1 foundations course and are actively engaged in a mentoring relationship.
This course moves participants from readiness into applied mentoring practice. Participants establish a structured mentoring relationship, engage in purposeful mentoring conversations, navigate real challenges, take action to support growth and development, and reflect on the effectiveness of the relationship over time.
The course is structured around real mentoring interactions rather than content delivery. Learning is demonstrated through assignment-based reflection and application tied directly to the participant’s mentoring experience.
