As an architect Zach Smith prides himself in bringing unparalleled understanding of his clients; design, business, and organizational goals to all of his design work. Currently a Senior Architect with Harriman, with over 15 years of experience, he has been working exclusively with mixed-use developments and high-end hospitality projects across the country, melding one-of-a-kind experiences with a sound understanding of those operational goals. Over the years these projects have ranged from adaptive reuse of former industrial facilities in California to the multi-building redevelopments of historic campuses.

Mare is a design connoisseur and Principal at Bergmeyer with broad expertise across multiple markets, Mare Weiss naturally leads clients and teams by revealing a brand’s true essence. As a creative visionary, she is a strategic thinker who constantly seeks opportunities to bring a total design solution to the table.

Mare’s experience includes brand strategy, prototype design and implementation from pop-up to long-term engagements in industries spanning cultural, retail, restaurant, housing, and experiential design. Her hands-on approach to creating authentic consumer and guest experiences with meaningful connections to a brand is one of her most invaluable strengths.
