Ashley is the Sustainability Leader and a Team Leader for the Healthcare Studio, and Resident Anthropologist at Orcutt|Winslow. The impact on lives, the environment and the world through her work sparked a drive to create spaces geared towards the people that spend their time within them. Being in a dynamic practice and getting exposed to something new everyday gives motivation to her work. When not at work, Ashley loves being in nature and chose to specialize in sustainability because of the impact that her buildings have on the environment.
