Paolo Campos, AIA, NOMA, NCARB, is a Principal at Patriquin Architects in New Haven, CT, where he leads project design, technology integration, and business development. A Yale University graduate (B.A. 2001, M.Arch 2006) and former instructor, he brings over 25 years of experience across education, housing, master planning, and commercial projects, with work recognized for design excellence, sustainability, and collaboration. Since becoming Principal in 2022, he has helped lead the firm to multiple honors, including AIA New England and AIA Connecticut awards, and NOMAct’s inaugural Firm Impact Award. His leadership emphasizes mentoring diverse talent and advancing building safety, sustainability, and equity in the profession. He has served as AIA Connecticut’s first Hispanic/Latino President and currently represents the state nationally on the AIA Strategic Council, contributing to initiatives on the future of practice and regenerative design.
