Description
As the final course in the Inclusive Mentorship Series, this capstone experience builds on the knowledge and skills developed in the first two courses, both of which are prerequisites.
Participants should be in an active or recently active mentoring relationship and prepared to reflect on their experience with depth and specificity. Rather than introducing new content, you’ll consider what changed because of your mentoring experience.
Both mentors and mentees complete the same assignments to analyze outcomes, reflect on decision-making and inclusion, and identify how this journey will shape your future with mentoring or professional practice.
The course culminates in a Transfer and Closure Plan, which documents key takeaways, future application, and the intentional transition or continuation of the mentoring relationship.
